Make sure that as you are checking out, the cashier scans the card and hands you the receipt. The receipt contains valuable information on how to activate your Reboost card. If the card is not properly scanned, the pin number will remain inactive, and you will not be able to add to your phone.

Choose to add a Reboost card code from the automated menu and upon the prompt, enter the pin number on the back of your card. Listen carefully to the menu and make sure you adhere to all of the instructions.Ddon't disconnect until you know that your Reboost has been added to your phone.
Boost Mobile devices require a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) to add minutes with a prepaid card, known as a Re-boost, to your cell phone. Boost phones come equipped with a default PIN programmed into the device. If the default PIN fails or forgets your chosen PIN, Boost Mobile will send the PIN to your device by calling its automated service from your cell phone. You must have active service to use this feature. If your service is currently inactive, retrieve and change your PIN from its website.
External Accounts labeled as gift cards, or prepaid cards or accounts, depending upon their terms and conditions, as applicable, may restrict or prohibit the loading of funds into your Account. You are able to load funds from an External Financial Account in order to use the Service. If and where applicable, funds that you Load or Send may not be available for use until they have settled with the Bank.
To send money using an external debit card as your source of funding, you must have a valid debit card issued by a U.S. based bank or financial institution bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo. You may not use prepaid debit cards or gift cards to send an International Remittance. By selecting the option of payment by debit card, you authorize us to charge your debit card for the Transfer Amount, the transfer fee, and any other applicable charges. We will process and complete your Transaction only on the condition that the issuer of your debit card has authorized the corresponding amounts, fees, and charges.
You are responsible for ensuring that the amount of the Transaction is within the designated limits of your debit card account. If we execute the payment of a Transaction pursuant to your order or instructions and subsequently are advised that Your selected debit card has insufficient funds available, you remain liable to us for the full amount of the Transaction.
Please note that your user agreement with the issuer of your external debit card governs your use of that card. You must refer to that agreement to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder, which may include cash advance or other fees.
You will be able to withdraw funds from your Account via electronic withdrawals. You may also be able to withdraw funds from your Account and through ATMs in the U.S. if you qualify for and receive a physical Card. If your Account does not provide you a Mastercard or Visa debit card, you will not have ATM cash access. You may be able to withdraw funds stored in your Account for disbursement to an External Financial Account. You may be assessed a Withdrawal Fee for any funds that you withdraw, as specified in our then-current Fee Schedule.
We make Account statements available to the primary owner in the Partner System and via email. We will send or make available to you a monthly or periodic statement showing the activity on your Account. You must examine the statement and the Transactions and notify us of any unauthorized signature or alternation on any item or any error or irregularity on the statement or the items within 60-calendar days after the statement is sent or made available to you. See Section 6, Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosures and Special Terms and Conditions for specific information regarding unauthorized electronic and debit card transactions.
Contact us AT ONCE if you believe your Card, or PIN or your mobile device containing access to your Account has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission. If you notify us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your debit card or PIN or your mobile device used to access the Service, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your lost or stolen Card or PIN without your permission.
If you do not notify us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your debit card or PIN or your mobile device where you access the Service, but less than 60 calendar days after your statement is sent or provided to you, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from accessing your Account without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00.
B. The Card The Card is a prepaid card, which allows you to access funds loaded to your Card Account. You may use the Card to access available funds in your Card Account to purchase goods and services at merchants that accept Visa debit cards or Maestro debit cards or withdraw cash at ATM's that bear the Visa or Maestro acceptance marks, subject to the transaction limits set forth in this Agreement. The Card is not a credit card or a gift card. Card transactions are limited to the amount of available funds loaded to your Card Account, in addition to any transaction limits set forth in this Agreement.
C. Card Purchases You may use the Card to purchase goods or services everywhere Visa debit or Maestro cards are accepted. Each time you use the Card, you authorize Bank to reduce the available balance in your Account by the amount of the Card transaction and any applicable fees.

Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers Contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY if you believe your Card or PIN number has been stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission. Calling us at 1-866-287-7054 or emailing us at Omnimoney@alviere.com is the best way to keep your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your Card Account. If you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card or PIN, you can lose no more than $50 if you someone used your Card or PIN without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card or PIN, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Card or PIN without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your electronic transaction history shows transactions that you did not make, including those made by your Card, PIN or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the earlier of the date you accessed your Card Account (if the unauthorized transaction could be viewed in your electronic history) or the date that we sent the FIRST written history on which the unauthorized transaction appeared, you may not get any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. If you believe your Card or PIN has been lost or stolen, call us at 1-866-287-7054 or email us at Omnimoney@alviere.com. If your Card or PIN has been lost or stolen, we may close your Card, deactivate your PIN, and issue you a new Card (with a new Card number) or PIN (as applicable). If we change your Card number, you must immediately inform merchants of your new Card number to ensure your recurring Card transactions continue uninterrupted. Your Liability for Unauthorized Card Transfers Under Visa's Zero Liability Policy, your liability for unauthorized transactions using your Card is $0.00 if you are not negligent or fraudulent in the handling of the Card. This reduced liability does not apply to certain commercial card transactions, transactions not processed by Visa, or to anonymous prepaid cards (until such time as the identity of the cardholder has been registered with us). The reduced liability policy also does not apply if you wait more than 60 days to report an unauthorized transaction after the earlier of the date you electronically access your Card Account (if the unauthorized transaction could be viewed in your electronic history), or the date we sent the FIRST written history of your transactions on which the unauthorized transaction appeared.
Collection of Items. We, in our sole discretion, shall determine the manner in which Images shall be presented for payment to the drawee financial institution. We, in our sole discretion, shall select the clearing agents used to collect and present the Images, and our selection of the clearing agents shall be considered to have been designated by us. Neither Bank nor Alviere shall be liable for the negligence of any clearing agent. Collection of Items is also subject to the Rules and other applicable terms and agreements between you and Alviere and/or Bank, including but not limited to the terms of the deposit and/or cardholder agreement of Bank applicable to your Account.
Financial Institution's Duties. Alviere's and Bank's duties and responsibilities are limited to those described in this Agreement, the deposit and/or cardholder agreement applicable to your Account and any other agreements governing your Account. We will use commercially reasonable care in performing our responsibilities under this Agreement.
1Bank's ABA routing number and your Card Account number may be used for the purpose of initiating ACH direct deposits to your Card Account. The recipient's name on any direct deposit(s) that Bank receives must match the name of the cardholder.
